Genarlow Wilson case
The trial and eventual imprisonment of young Genarlow Wilson made headlines two years ago. Unfortunately, the behavior of Georgia DA David McDade requires particular scrutiny to this day.
He charged Mr. Wilson with raping a girl though a jury ultimately acquitted him of the charge. He also distributed a graphic videotape of the events in the case to legislators as part of a lobbying effort at the State senate against Wilson's release. McDade's actions are irresponsible at best.
